Twee jaar lang heb ik onder leiding van Laurens mogen werken. In deze twee jaar heb ik als startend professional enorm veel van Laurens mogen leren. Praktische vaardigheden, sociale vaardigheden en levenslessen. Afgelopen maand zijn onze wegen gescheiden omdat we allebei een andere weg in zijn geslagen, maar de periode die ik met Laurens heb gewerkt zal ik niet snel vergeten. Twee dingen waar ik aan denk bij Laurens, wat hij mij geleerd heeft zijn; ‘de helicopterview’ en ‘knopjes om aan te draaien’. In mijn opleiding tot projectmanager zijn deze 2 termen meermaals teruggekomen, en ik kan zeggen dat ik door Laurens deze twee vaardigheden sterk heb ontwikkeld. Thanks voor alles, Lau!

Laurens was tijdens mijn stageperiode in de periode augustus tot en met december 2020 mijn stagebegeleider. Met veel plezier heb ik met Laurens samengewerkt! Ik heb enorm veel geleerd deze stageperiode. Laurens gaf mij afwisselende taken elke week en stond altijd open voor nieuwe ideeën waardoor ik mij geen stagiair voelde maar een full time medewerker van Partof_! Laurens heeft een geweldig commercieel inzicht en is resultaatgericht. Bedankt voor alle kennis, ervaringen en de enorm leuke tijd!
