I do this by completing quality checks on all content produced by BizLibrary ourselves as well as all 3rd party content we receive from our producer partners. I also complete this by retiring and adding new content when necessary from the BizLibrary Collection. I too, help out with the BizLibrary Production team with scheduling and assisting with the talent that is used on our shoot days for our training videos.

I was in charge of training the network of contracted transportation providers all over the United States on the company's policies and procedures as well as the different applications they would be utilizing on a daily basis (web portal, phone app, etc.). I completed this training via phone, internet, and/or in person training. I was also a certified CPR and First instructor and a certified Defensive Driving instructor. I used both of those certifications to train the transportation providers on those specific procedures.

The training was month long training program that walked all of the new hires through onboarding, AS400, and soft skills training. I was also in charge of developing new materials that were used in the training and in the other call centers we had throughout the United States. Along with Customer Service training, I was also responsible for leading the onboarding training for everyone that was hired on with the company. This was usually a week long training that went over the history of the company, benefits, etc.
