Lauren is a strong asset to any team that likes to make data-driven decisions, and a delightful teammate to have. We worked together on the developer subscriptions business at Microsoft. She was instrumental in getting us to a state where all our business insights are readily available at our fingertips. With our data coming from multiple sources and the complexity of each source, this is not an easy task by any means – but Lauren has always stood up to the challenge and come forward with a simple solution. Over the time I worked with her, I’ve seen her attain solid competence as an analyst but more importantly – she’s picked up strong collaboration and influencing skills along the way as our work involved interacting with the teams that own the data sources. She also has strong intuition and judgement to understand when the data doesn't make sense or is not being interpreted correctly. I hope I get the chance to work with her again.
