Lauren is an incredibly organized project manager who can tackle projects of various sizes with professionalism, attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Lauren is hardworking, proactive and always helpful. She is a great communicator who is always thinking a few steps ahead and kept ONE's development team on track for multiple projects including several bi-annual donor meetings (in person and virtual), onboarding a senior director, RENXT implementation and more. Lauren would be an asset to any team.

While Lauren's title was Operations Associate, the title does not accurately describe her actual contributions to the organization. During her time at Free the Slaves, I oversaw some of Lauren's tasks for the development department. I can confidently say that Lauren was the glue that held all of the activities of the development, operations, and overall office together. Lauren enthusiastically took over additional responsibilities as they became available and handled each new role with professionalism. Her ability to handle multiple projects was impressive and made a dramatic increase in the productivity level of the organization. As a great team member, Lauren earns my highest recommendation.
