I have had the greatest pleasure to work with Lauren for two and a half years at AroundCampus Group. Lauren always considers all sides of projects and company initiatives, often working proactively on tasks before even being asked. She puts her best foot forward every day and doesn’t hesitate to assist anyone with questions. As a Project Manager, Lauren mastered the art of balancing the needs of her client and the company while producing quality products. She improved production processes, communication strategies, and training for new hires. Over the course of two years, Lauren trained and mentored over 9 new managers and 4 interns. In the midst of a tough press season, she was the first to step forward and offer solutions and adjust the team’s priorities as needed. Together with the solid foundation she established and her ability to adapt to changing demands, the team succeeded in the face of a tough challenge. Lauren was quickly recognized as a leader and a quick learner by her promotion to Product Manager. When tasked with creating a new product, Lauren not only facilitated structure and content, but also formulated timelines, deadlines, and negotiated prices and terms with vendors. Her work streamlined production, saving the company both time and money. Lauren has had extensive exposure to all aspects of project management, customer service, and training with great success. Often tackling multiple roles and responsibilities at once, Lauren remains level-headed and productive in the face of tight deadlines. Lauren is an incredibly valuable asset to any team!

I had the great pleasure of working with Lauren at AroundCampus Group. She brought 110% in each of her various positions. I trusted her judgement and knew she would always balance care & concern for her customers while keeping the company objectives in mind. She demonstrated mastery of her current tasks and then was eager to take on new projects and responsibilities. All of that, plus she maintained her joyful attitude even in the most challenging situations. As an individual contributor or as a collaborator, Lauren is always someone I’d want on my team.
