      Creative Director (contract) on the global launch of series 27 of Top Gear. Our campaign helped the first episode gain a viewer increase of 45% on a series 26 average. It became the most viewed show in the post- Clarkson era. It is also BBC Two's highest rating show of 2019.       I joined Quiet Storm to partner Trevor Robinson OBE as his writer and have my first experience of a smaller, independent company. Quiet Storm is both an advertsing agency and production company and I gained some experience directing. Whilst there I also created the second best-liked TV ad of the year voted for by the public, for Haribo.       At Saatchi & Saatchi my partner and I were CD's on Toyota. We created a movement on social to brighten Britain. We invited the public to come up with their own idea to do some good and loaned them a Toyota Prius Plug-in to carry it out - A car that ran on positive power. We made the highly acclaimed ‘Rory McIlroy Vs the Robot’ for the European Tour, as well as win the Ocean Digital Outdoor award for an idea that raised awareness for cycle safety.       JWT is where I was first made Creative Director and helped take the agency from outside the top 100 to the 2nd most awarded agency in the world in The Gunn Report. As CD on Shell, who has more outlets than any other business in the world, we launched FuelSave globally. This became the most successful fuel launch in the company’s history. I created the world’s first talking press ad. I also made world cup fans aware of the problems around sex trafficking and raised awareness to help parents avoid infant fatality (The Lullaby Trust).       I was head hunted by AMVBBDO to work in one of the most awarded creative departments in the world. There I created stand out work for Pepsi, Sainsbury’s, Rogaine, Bafta, The Economist and BT. For a simple BT call promotion I created a dancing Chameleon phone that was so popular it was created and sold in the gadget shop. They even made their own ad. This helped make it the best-selling novelty item that Christmas and one of BT’s most effective campaigns. I also made a Pepsi ad campaign featuring Beyonce singing a Queen song. Whilst there I produced award winning work that helped them become the number one film agency in the world at Cannes. This included winning a Gold and Bronze lion and a silver D&AD pencil. With Kellogg’s I also got people to look for the early signs of osteoporosis in a press ad that won a Eurobest gold. Seven weeks after leaving university my partner and I landed a job at Leo Burnett.
