Il ne m’a fallu qu’un meeting à l’occasion d’une consultation préalable à nomination pour cerner la personnalité de Laurence Perret. Le meeting avait été très bien préparé. Les enjeux de taille étaient exposés et j’ai tout de suite apprécié les qualités de leader de Laurence. Avec passion elle guidait soutenait ses équipes pour parer à toutes nos questions. Elle était déterminée enthousiaste discrète et présente à la fois elle respirait un grand professionnalisme. A la fin de la réunion je me souviens les avoir félicité pour la qualité technique et commerciale de l’offre. Elle avait su guider les équipes et en même temps me laisser faire le chemin vers la décision. Toujours impressionné par son écoute sans complaisance du Client capable de faire valoir ses positions en les expliquant avec rigueur enthousiasme et passion. Nous avons confié à la société que représentait Laurence Perret le développement des composants aérateurs sans hésitation. Il n’a fallu qu’un meeting pour installer entre nous un vrai respect et une relation de confiance. La compter à la tête d’une équipe est une garantie de succès. Toujours en recherche de nouveaux challenges son caractère sa soif de convaincre ses connaissances donnent toute confiance dans sa capacité d’entreprendre dans un monde si versatile incertain complexe et ambiguë. Je la recommande sans hésitation et ai été très fier du travail accompli ensemble dans une relation de vrai partenariat
