I have received my Personal Training and Nutritionist Certifications from the International Sports Science Association. I am a dedicated triathlete, looking to turn my passion for training and healthy living into a life-long career in the health and fitness community. My goal is recruit people of all ages, demographics, and experience levels to participate in personal or group fitness classes with the intention of improving quality of life through the positive reinforcement of healthy living practices such as nutrition coaching and a diverse array of training routines. I aim to provide my clients with personalized life-style changes that produce sustainable habits and long term results. Over that past 15 years I have learned that diversifying one's fitness routine, by incorporating cross-training techniques with sport-specific workouts, reduces chances of injury and increases the overall enjoyment of being an active and health-conscience individual. Fresh First is a family owned small business in South Florida, catering to the health-conscious, gluten-free, and vegan demographics. We serve breakfast and lunch, nearly 100% of everything that is served is prepared in-house, with fresh organic ingredients. My role at Fresh First is to ensure that each customer is welcomed, informed about our dining-in safety protocols (covid-19), and served exactly what they ordered. I began as a server and have worked hard to take on more responsibility during my time here. Show less

I write short culture-related pieces about Miami. I cover everything from fashion, find dining, travel, sports, and current events. I had 23 articles published in my first month on the job (August) and there are more being published every day. My favorite topics to cover are sports, history, and entertainment. I recently had an article published (link is included bellow) to an interesting piece about rugby in Florida. I write short culture-related pieces about Miami. I was given the opportunity to come to London for two months and get some work experience in the niche field of loss adjusting. I worked on a number of different claims reports, trying to do whatever I could to help ease the load of some of Equijust's loss adjusters. My ability to read and write in Spanish proved very useful. I was able to learn a lot about the world of insurance, including the very important dynamic of relationship building and maintenance amongst the brokers, underwriters, and adjusters. Show less
