  Joined Roof-Pro in the very early days (only two of us full time then). Working closely with M&E contractors, end users/building owners and roofing contractors, I played a pinnacle part in training roofing contractors installing rainwater refurbishment outlets and expansion joint systems within flat roof designs. Contributed to the development and growth of the plant support products of the business. Later managing the Roof-Pro design Office as we employed further staff, and assisted in the generation of quotations, whilst providing surveying and AutoCAD support, together with attending site meetings and customer visits nationally, and working closely with the increasing external sales force.

Also, working closely with TAVRA, (Territorial, Auxiliary and Volunteer Reserve Associations), which later became the Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association, I carried out site surveys of many TA Centres in South Wales area which were due for refurbishment at the time.
