During my career as a finance manager in small medium sized companies and gaining experience through a MBO, I strongly believe in a balance between strategic management, clear (financial) reporting and a fully aligned team. In SME's the human resource strategy and HR-matters are often not aligned and that is what Alice stands for: being the SME's guide for HR-matters, co-creator & co-developer of the future-proof HR strategy.
