Laurence was the smartest IT staff I had the pleasure of working with at RGS Energy. I was there for a little over 4 years as a Systems Administrator and the senior IT staff person. Laurence had only been there about 6 months when I left for a better opportunity. When I left, he had to take on many of the tasks I had been doing. Later, due to layoffs, he became the sole IT staff, and in addition to PC support, systems and network administration, took over supporting NetSuite and Salesforce. Laurence willingly took on all the additional work and not only managed to quickly learn all the technology, but successfully upgraded the servers to the latest versions of VMware and Windows Server. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any company that wants an outstanding systems administrator.
