Ben Tipney

Lawrence worked well with a challenging group, managing individuals with very different abilities and aspirations to enable all to enjoy their rowing and to allow the best athletes to perform at national level. Lawrence's technical coaching and programmes were of a very high standard, as was his communication with athletes and the rest of the coaching staff.
