      I am the Third Culture Kid (TCK) Program Director at CultureBound in Portland, OR, a training center for missionaries who are moving overseas. I developed a curriculum for children ages 5-12 as well as a teen curriculum (ages 13-18) for teaching skills in language acquisition, culture learning, and cultural transition. This 2-week or 4-week program parallels CultureBound’s adult language acquisition and cultural transition courses. The program equips students with a practical skill set that they can use when entering into life in a new culture.
