I hired and managed Lauren while at Party Pieces. Lauren has an eager and smart work ethic, is a creative and hardworking individual who values her efficiency. Lauren has a knack for problem solving and coming up with a plan on the fly. She is always looking to learn more and grow. She would be an asset to any team!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Lauren. Although she was still in higher education at the time we worked together, her work ethic, interpersonal skills and approach to project management were exceptional. We benefitted from Lauren's experience in social media and have adopted some of her suggestions. I would be happy to recommend her to any future potential employer looking for a newly qualified marketing professional with a creative approach and can-do attitude.

Offering marketing support to The Textile Review, along with three other students to help raise awareness about the different services available for fabrics in the live event industry. The main objective of the brand is to extend the life of single use textiles and reduce environmental damage, participating in a wider cause. During my time I have: - Attended the London Summer Events Show, - Produced infographics as social media content for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, - Given advice in how to improve the website, - Generated ideas for blog posts, - Organised a photoshoot and taken some images. The primary role is to be the friendly face for the students on the revision course, making them feel supported and happy whilst here. Along with this it is being responsible for helping the course director run the centre and being available as a second pair of hands for the teachers. During the lead up to the Marketing Festival at Brighton Business School. I coordinated the Instagram and Facebook page promoting the event, and the speakers that were attending the event. On the day of the event I also did Instagram stories and guide people to the different rooms for the talks. During the lead up to the Marketing Festival at Brighton Business School. As part of planning for university applications, I worked at Waitrose' head office in the Marketing Department for a week. I was involved working with the Social Media Team where I was asked to create a Facebook Canvas for the brand’s Facebook post. The manager was impressed with my initiative, ability to work independently and my eye for detail. I also assisted on a photo shoot for the in-house newspaper ‘Weekend’, where my suggestions were well received and implemented to improve the final shot. Store development was fascinating to see how the layouts changed, depending on the local demographics of each store location. I learnt that to be successful, teamwork was vital. Show less
