An incredibly rewarding position where I get to meet and interact with applicants to the Camp America program. This role also includes public engagements where I lead information evenings over the course of the year to inform new applicants about the program and how they can go to camp. My role starts with meeting the individual applicants and assessing their suitability for camp and assessing their chosen skills. Once this meeting has occurred I complete a detailed report on the applicant within one week of the interview taking place. I am responsible for ensuring that all/any paperwork pertaining to the individual’s application is completed to deadline and I will remain the point of contact for the applicant, throughout the Camp America application process.
