Working closely with outside consultants on design coordination and required government presentations. I developed project management standards and document creation for standardized management within the organization.

Reaching out to the Associate Architect community in Bucks County to engage in continued education and career advancement. Coordinated the GWOT War Memorial Design Competition with the local VFW Post. Creating the design criteria package, exposed to a national release, reviewed submissions with the VFW Post Committee and followed through with borough approvals and documentation.
