Lauren came to Crystal Clear straight out of college but you wouldn't know it. She came in ready to rock and roll and has already changed the game in terms of how we handle social media and project manage our tasks. She has taken so much initiative in her time here that she's already years ahead of others that previously filled that role. She is kind, caring, and takes the time to speak to our clients to explain our strategy and capabilities. The software we use at this company is not easy to just walk in to but she ran. She is already one of the most versed in it. She works overtime like crazy just to be able to get her team in a good place. Overall, she is incredible and years beyond her actual age. If you take a chance on her, I guarantee you won't regret it.
