      As the Print Operations Supervisor for UFM, I was responsible for the yellow page/print product life-cycle. From sales contracts being received and placed in production, up to the physical distribution of the directory, I managed teams consisting of database entry, quality assurance, graphic artists, vendor relationships, etc. In addition to managing these team members, I worked directly with several outsourced vendors to ensure workflow is being optimized, UFM standards are being met, all strict deadlines are on target and being met, pagination of each individual directory as well as having creative freedom to design and build all premium specialty advertisements for their high value customers. I also had direct contact with the sales field on a consistent basis, relaying sales canvass close dates, updates on customer accounts, customer service issues and the physical proofing of the final products prior to final production by the printer. Throughout my time at UFM in this position, I streamlined several processes, increasing turn time while not jeopardizing quality. These process changes allowed my team to become scalable for increases in work volume while still reducing customer service refunds/adjustments and not increasing costs.I left User Friendly this past February due to my getting married and relocating to San Antonio, TX.
