  I am the Director and co-founder for RUSH Events, a highly successful business catering to the events needs of entities large and small and until recently, I have enjoyed the challenges of building, navigating and nuturing a small business. Working with a wide range of corporate clients to understand, interpret and deliver their brief driven by client objectives and key outcomes; I am responsible for creating a highly personalised, bespoke programs. Leading the team through personal conviction to achieve high standards of performance, collaboration, ethics and integrity; I create written and visual content for use in a range of media, engage with and fostering collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders and manage recruitment, training, development, delegation, supervision and mentoring of our staff.

Handling all aspects of internal communications, corporate and public sector communications, events, copy editing and proofreading, web development and digital design; I secured back to back freelance contracts whilst working to establish RUSH Events.
