I've worked with many recruiters over the years but none have been as impactful or as effective as Lauren. In my experience, many recruiters are simply that, recruiters, but Lauren demonstrated elements of true partnership that enabled us to reach better outcomes as a company and more specifically as a Marketing team. Over the course of her time at Bond, Lauren helped me fill four different roles across a range of seniority and disciplines and with each, she demonstrated true partnership in her approach. Rather than take a job spec and run with it, Lauren engaged with me and my team to deeply understand our needs and what success would look like in each search. She kept us honest, bringing to light the realities of the market, and acting as a sounding board to identify the optimal way for us to meet the needs of the business. She was motivated, often times more so than the functional team behind the search, and committed to delivering the outcomes required, even if that meant juggling multiple searches at once or engaging with internal teams and candidates outside of working hours. And above all, she approached her role with a tremendous amount of integrity and a focus on clear communication that made sure that lines weren't being crossed in an extremely fast moving growth environment.
