Owned many different hats within the faith formation office. Spearheaded several initiatives to engage our parishioners collectively as a parish community by asking, listening and observing the needs of the parish. Researched and formed a formation plan for our young adult/adult parishioners which included instituting monthly times of prayer, and opportunities to gather together. I wrote curriculum for several book studies within the parish and provided a model for others. Along with providing logistical support for planning retreats and a wide variety of other events as needed. Show less
