Lauren was nothing less than exceptional as the Advocacy and Education intern. She produced in 2 weeks the work I had allotted for 10. Because of the speed and quality of her work Lauren was able to produce secondary and tertiary level materials for a national advocacy campaign. Lauren is a self-starter with an eye towards detail and a brilliant writer. She was simply a joy to work with, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am responsible for ensuring health care provider networks for Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and insurance companies meet geographic access standards outlined in Minnesota state statute. In Minnesota, provider networks must meet geographic access standards and include a sufficient number and type of providers to ensure that covered services are available to all enrollees without unreasonable delay. I am also presently engaged in the Department's COVID-19 response efforts.
