Operations and Enrollment Lead
-
Jun 2022 - Present
I work directly with founder Kevin Chemidlin leading the Operations and Enrollment of our core product: the Grow The Show Accelerator. We have guided nearly 400 independent podcasters in realizing their audience growth and monetization goals, while grossing nearly $2M in product revenues in just two years of operations. The Accelerator program is designed for business owners with an already launched podcast that is positioned to drive traffic and revenues to their existing offer. With these qualifications in place, we guarantee our six-month implementation period of systems and methodology will work to grow your audience size and convert listeners to customers of your paid offer. If you have a business, and a podcast designed to support your business, then I would love to connect and explore how Grow The Show can serve you.

Head of Operations
-
Jul 2022 - Feb 2023
I became a listener of the Grow The Show Podcast while finalizing the sale of my prior business. The podcast was punchy, actionable, and full of information I hadn't come across before. Every episode, I was learning something new. I began to apply what I was learning to my own hobby podcast. In the summer of 2022, I found out that Grow The Show was hiring and decided to apply on a whim for an open role on the Sales Team. I was amped to be applying for a 100% remote position. I was amped to have the opportunity to dive into a new industry. I was super-amped that the industry was podcasting, something I was so interested in. I was hired to join the Sales team and within weeks moved into the Head of Operations role. My strongest work has been identifying departmental KPIs. I've implemented high-leverage daily reporting and tracking systems. My prior experience as a start-up COO has contributed towards key strategic decisions. 2023 benchmarks will include the migration of our community over to Circle.so in Q1. We will host several virtual conferences for our clients in Q2-Q4. We plan to show up in both Denver and Las Vegas for both Podcast Movement conferences. We will grow company profitability through systems integration. We work direct with Ravi Abuvala at Scaling With Systems to improve our internal systems. We work direct with Cole Gordon at Sales Team Accelerator to train our sales team. The company is positioned for a record year in 2023.

Sales Representative

Jun 2022 - Jul 2022
For one month, I worked on the Sales Team at Grow The Show as an Appointment Setter. My job was to interview and qualify podcasting candidates for the Grow The Show Accelerator program. If you are an independent podcasting entrepreneur interested in working with Grow The Show, I can connect you with a member of our Sales Team to learn more about how we operate and what we do.

Chief Operating Officer

Dec 2016 - Dec 2022
*Served as Designated Responsible Party “DRP” for the Department of Cannabis Control and Metrc for Distribution License C11-0000871LIC; Cultivation License CCL18-0000232, and Nursery Cultivation License CCL19-0005144. *Led the Executive Team in consolidating and organizing financials and corporate records from our six years as an entity, improving hiring processes, and streamlining operations. I authored the narrative portion of two business plans for the Sweetwater Group, the first one resulting in the securing of $1.8M in private funding for our Series A round, and the second one currently in circulation within a short list of vetted qualified buyers. *Authored and executed thousands of Metrc license-to-license wholesale transfers with an over 99% accuracy rate. *Created and implemented the Standard Operating Procedures for our Distribution License including but not limited to: invoicing and accounts receivable; sales tracking; packaging equipment, supplies, and processes; labeling equipment, supplies, and processes; and delivery procedures. *Initiated Sweetwater Pharms early adoption of GrowFlow’s (now a Dama Financial company) software technology to manage operations and reporting for our three provisional licenses. As an early GrowFlow California client, I developed competency with the software before Metrc integration became a state requirement, gaining a competitive advantage in the process. *Built and maintained an exclusive portfolio of Northern California retail partners strategically selected to align with Sweetwater Pharms brand and core values; managed and developed key relationships through product demos, product promotions, frequent targeted communication and field visits. *Courted, closed, and built the early dispensary relationships that would form the core clientele for the brand over the course of the next five years. *Earned a partnership deal and board seat based on sweat equity contributed while serving as Sales Executive.
