In my capacity as an adjunct Hospitality instructor, I found Mrs.Peterson to be a high achieving student, she came to class prepared and offered insightful views and experience for class discussion. Mrs.Peterson inquisitive nature has proved helpful to my teaching as well. Many of her questions have encouraged me to delve deeper related to my own knowledge and have enabled her classmates to feel comfortable inquiring about the subject matter also. As a professional in the hospitality industry, it is clear to me that individuals like Mrs.Peterson do not come along every day. When you are fortunate enough to have someone of her caliber on your team or in your classroom, you will grow to appreciate their loyalty and desire to make a positive difference.
