Being a Brand Rep was all about individualizing the shopping experience to each girl who walked in the store. Knowledge of the stores stock and fashion was crucial to being a Brand Rep. I helped girls to find outfits that made them shine and reflected their personality. At the register, I would help mom to find the best deals possible so both mom and daughter would leave the store happy!
