  I was a member of the Memphis Against Sexual Harassment and Assault (MASHA) cohort. During this year long fellowship, we created education guides and researched better policies to implement in Shelby County Schools surrounding sexual harassment and assault. During this fellowship, I learned how to research and write policy and workshop guides as well as how to event plan. During this fellowship, I also helped plan the Youth Action Summit that took place in Memphis. This allowed me to learn vital networking skills and how to plan a large scale event. Show less
