I had the pleasure of working with Lauren throughout the first year of her MBA program both in the classroom and in MBA Consulting projects. She has an intuitive sense of what is needed in a situation, takes the initiative to lead or assist as needed, and can be relied upon to "get the job done." She works as well as an individual contributor as she does with a team, or when leading a team. She actively seeks out mentors and learns quickly and deeply from them, and is likewise ready to mentor others or volunteer whenever she can.
