  My job at Caswell Parks and Recreation is similar to any other typical teenage job. I spent most of shifts selling tickets to games, scorekeeping, and preparing for games. However other shifts were spent making sure the community had a safe and clean recreation center to enjoy. The staff and I achieved this by painting gazebos and preparing sports fields.   After obtaining my lifeguard certification in April 2019, I started working at Grove Park. At Grove Park, I was entrusted with the safety of its members by supervising their activity and maintaining the pool's chemicals at a safe level.
