Created an innovative and interactive Injury and Illness Prevention Program Builder used by thousands of businesses. Created a standalone safety website with resources to help policyholders to provide training to their staff. Developed incentive programs to drive down the incidence of injury in the workplace, such as the Roofing Safety Incentive Program which yielded results that saved millions of dollars in claims costs over the duration of the program. Assisted policyholders during the onset of the pandemic with $40 million dollars worth of grants to assist them in fighting the spread of COVID in the workplace.
