  I worked in Monteverde for three months at Noticias Monteverde, the locals newsroom in a community of about 4,000 in the mountains of Costa Rica. As an intern, I was an everything man. I worked on social media (curating the feed, growing audience), production organization (created an Airtable for the newsroom) and regular reporting, writing, photography, editing, story production, exploring the mountain sides.
