Create communications campaign with clear timeline and deliverables to build awareness of, and demand for, UE system. Plan and oversee multiple school events throughout Indianapolis. Attend community meetings to discuss the new enrollment system. Carry out parent surveys and focus groups to understand the kind of information on school quality and characteristics that should be included in new school information platform. Establish and maintain relationships with (55+) local community partners throughout the City of Indianapolis. Collaborate with community-based organizations, including but not limited to Stand for Children, 100 Black Men, United Way, United Negro College Fund, Urban League and La Plaza, to engage families in unified enrollment. Develop formal partnerships with organizations with interest and capacity in launching and managing in-person enrollment centers. Create and deliver training for community partners and outreach staff on One Match Application Process and School Finder. Oversight of family support resources and enrollment centers. Provide leadership and guidance to outreach teams, enrollment guides at in-person family resource center.
