  Alongside all the skills picked up in my CSA role, I felt ready to jump into this role. I have picked up extra responsibilities in order to commit to the compliance guidelines including meeting deadlines and the completing the work to a high standard. I structure my day by creating To-Do lists in order to visually see how I will distribute my team for my shift. I feel it my responsibility to look out for my team mates and to encourage them to be the best that they can be.

  This was my job role when I first started at Midcounties Co-Operative. It saw me operating the tills, putting out delivery, interacting with customers on a regular basis, dealing with complaints and refunds. I then stepped up to learn the Cash Office which saw me dealing with money, counting tills, balancing the safe, doing all the lotto figures and banking. I created a guide on how to run the cash office effectively and to avoid mistakes being made.
