      Alongside all the skills picked up in my CSA role, I felt ready to jump into this role. I then stepped up to learn the Cash Office which saw me dealing with money, counting tills, balancing the safe, doing all the lotto figures and banking. I created a guide on how to run the cash office effectively and to avoid mistakes being made.
