GA projects: • Designed an improved donation booking flow for Red Cross Lifeblood, removing friction points from the current donor flow and supporting new blood donors to quickly and conveniently book donation appointments. • Designed an improved checkout experience for Ceres Fair Food shoppers, uncovering convenience as a key motivation for buying groceries online and working to re-prioritise site information and streamline the existing user flow.
