Within my role was Assistant Fashion designer my responsibility included: Assisting the design team with Genural tasks along with researching clients and capsules. Developing Capsules being fluent in Adobe Illustrator creating CADS & Spec Sheets. Developing simple prints and being fluent in adobe Photoshop. Leasing with in- house team Leasing with a factory based in China to develop and track progression of actioned styles being sampled. Preparing new samples to present to buyers and clients. Uploading, maintaining all ongoing drops and Capules on the design CP. Assisting with Launch Events. Assisting with both In-house and Event Photoshoots along with editing images. Assisting with creating the Brand bibles presentation. Completing numerous tasks such as re-organising the Fabric Swatch room, preparing meeting rooms, categorising and documenting preproduction samples in the ware house. In September I was moved to a different department of the organisation Oscar Fashion ltd Supplier where I was also Assistant Designer.
