Team Leader April 2015 - Present Sales Advisor April 2014 -15 Throughout my time with mpb.com I have been a key member and contributor to the success and development of the Sales Team to ensure that daily targets are being met. This included weekly meetings to maintain a high level of service to the customers that reach out to us on a daily basis via phone, emails and instant messages. In addition to this, I on-boarded new communication tools to improve the way in which we, as a company, deal with customers on a daily basis. This was supplemented by communicating with the service providers on a one to one basis to ensure that feedback was given to improve the service further where possible. Furthermore, I had a key role as Sales Team Leader in the expansion of the company to the United States, where I recruited and trained new members of staff, enabling the continuity of the brands ethos by creating supporting documents to ensure a smooth transition into mpb.com. Throughout my time at mpb.com I have not shied away from a challenge, be that stepping up to the role of Team Leader, being an in house site tester for the development of a new site, or taking on additional duties that improve my knowledge and skill set of the business. I thoroughly enjoyed my position here and the opportunities it presented myself with. As a start up company, which have expanded recently this was a very fast paced and rewarding role to work in. One with had a strong community within the brand and company, which helped channel my enthusiasm to perform above and beyond.

Working in various venues from Gatro Pubs to Cocktail Bars across the UK, covering numerous demographics and expectancies. From September 2010 - October 2014 I worked in the Abbot Cook in Reading, as well as the Adephi, its counterpart in Leeds. My duties were to oversee the bar and work as part of a larger unit to ensure the smooth running of both the bar and floor. I also took on waiting duties at both venues where in some cases, I had the responsibility to see to table service for the whole venue for those that required it. Time management and communication were a must in this role. From October 2014 - March 2015 I worked at the Flagship Browns Brasserie in Brighton serving high end cocktails
