  In my job role as Recruitment and Compliance Officer for All Care, I am responsible for all aspects of staff recruitment and retention. In my role as Recruiter, I manage all job adverts for the branch and sourcing potential candidates through various sites through to organising and conducting interviews for new candidates. Once a new candidate is on-board, I am then responsible for organising their DBS and training.
