I assisted in the management of a dairy with over 130 sheep, 10 chickens, 5 rabbits, and 3 working dogs. Chores included feedings, medical care, pasture rotation and daily milkings. I was in charge of the care, breeding, and harvesting of multiple litters of American Blue meat rabbits. I often took visitors on tours and I wrote and edited promotional materials, updated spreadsheets and schedules, and assisted with other general administrative tasks.
