I was initially employed to introduce and deploy corporate structure and practice to the IT environment. Key business systems have been upgraded and consolidated. Global network connectivity has been dramatically transformed. Dispersed systems and data have been consolidated. Software licensing and security is controlled and compliant. Managing an IT Department consisting of four members, I am responsible for maintaining and controlling all IT requirements for this global company spanning a number of sites in the UK and Asia.
