In 2018 I set up the Audio Studio department in Leicester for WF Howes Publishing, designed the in-house studios, recruited and managed the Team of Producers, Casting Producers and Coordinators. I managed the WF Howes UK audio productions, in excess of 800 audio productions per year, the Australian Wavesound Productions and consulted on Verlag, Germany to assist with development of streamlining work processes to help reduce costs for all audio productions. I built up a strong freelance Team of Audio Editors, Producers and Director's and reduced total production costs by 40% in my first year.
