As Coffee shop manager for Bakehouse Express Witham I was aware I needed to be a confident leader who could implement effective team-building strategies in order to achieve excellent levels of customer satisfaction. I was highly aware of the importance of positive customer experiences and care taken with each individual who came through the door. Through this hard work and behaivour it helped continually grow and improve a new and already loved establishment. I oversaw inventory, would introduce new items to menus along with the changing of the season, and aim to maintain a clean and inviting environment. I honed in on my skills of being able to multitask at speed, ensuring the customers received great quality service at a quick pace, the regularity of this service enticed individuals back daily which in time created a large selection of customers who made visits to the store daily. As an experienced Events Manager for The Backyard Comedy Club my heart and passion has always been working in events and shows, however I ultimately found myself in a career change once I moved out of London. I bring a range of talents that I believe will be valuable. In my Events Manager role, I honed my abilities in operation oversight of events and marketing and advertising, providing a solid foundation for the Events Officer position. My communication, people-centric nature and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent ability to learn and grow skills.
