I had the pleasure of working with Lauren over the years at Pentanet, she would make a great asset and cultural fit to any company lucky to have her. Lauren is meticulous and passionate about the work she does and handles multiple tasks at once with ease, while being a team player and looking out for the team around her. I've had the privilege of witnessing Lauren's customer service skills first hand on many occasions and they're certainly 6-star! She always knew how to bring joy to customers, even in challenging situations - always working hard to deliver results. In addition to Lauren's work in her Service Delivery role, she also took on the challenge of looking after the Social Club.       I have worked every State, Federal Election and Referendum since I was of an eligible age. There have been varied roles, beginning with a General Officer and, in the more recent elections, I have been in the position of either a Declaration Voting Officer or 2IC for the site. The 2IC role consists of, setting up and breaking down the election site as well as arranging staff breaks, assistance and training staff on the day itself.
