As a Bartender/ Server I provided professional service and wine pairing assistance to guests with attention to promptness and guest relationships. As an office assistant I took over the position of office administrator to facilitate time off. My responsibilities included book-keeping, balancing of safe and financial records, employee tip management and hourly records; as well as answering phones for guest questions and reservations. I also worked with corporate data sheets for event and promotion tracking. As an off site events facilitator, I have been involved with promotional events, where I took the lead in the event planning, which required finding other volunteers and document creation. Events also required table design and centerpiece creation. As a prep cook I assisted the kitchen for dinner service and smaller lunch preparations. Show less
