  Tenacious with a problem-solving disposition, I report directly into the COO and I'm responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the two UK studios in Edinburgh that enable all departments to be successful and productive, as well as working with the global remote workforce on operational matters. I line manage the facilities, front of house and office support teams, oversee all health and safety management and compliance in relation to the studios in Edinburgh, lead projects, create operational policies and procedures which support business goals and create company-wide communications and training. As well as everything else that comes between these areas of driving and supporting a studio. I recently project managed the fit-out of our second studio space in Edinburgh, turning it from an empty casino into a thriving studio for over 200 people. Additionally, I lead office projects, refurbishments and fit-outs. Oversee all Events management for the studio, from small scale (5-50) to large scale (500+) and support staff training and career development. Successfully implemented new software into the business to streamline business operations from scratch including Greenhouse ATS, Skillcast, TravelPerk, ApprovalMax and Envoy, and delivered subsequent company-wide training. Implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. By analysing data and soliciting feedback from staff and visitors, I identified areas for improvement and devised innovative strategies to address them. These initiatives resulted in streamlined workflows, and improved overall performance. Show less
