As a float teller, I was primarily supplying behind the counter coverage in short staffed or high traffic branches. In traveling to the various branches within the state of Massachusetts, I was able to learn how to quickly adjust and adapt to different work environments, as well as how to interact with a large and diverse customer base. Along with performing typical teller duties such as processing checks, deposits and loan payments, I was also responsible for helping managers and assistant mangers with various administrative tasks and compiling of customer data. As a field intern, I was responsible for assisting construction supervisors with various task such as plan evaluations, record keeping, and safety maintenance. I also assisted project managers and assistant project managers with creating and sending out meeting minutes and agendas, and partook in meetings with the whole development team, including architects, client representatives, and contractors.
