Lauren was a friendly and extremely helpful colleague. She was very knowledgeable in project and volunteer management and taught me a lot. She has significant strengths in designing and implementing excellent systems for managing complex data sets, ensuring appropriate data is collected in a project and deploying that information to improve performance. Lauren's attention to detail is unmatched in my experience and she was a huge asset our project. In general, it was a pleasure working with Lauren and I would love to find myself on her team again!

As a Senior Advisor at ADRA Canada, I had the privilege of working closely with Lauren during her time at YCI. YCI has been a consortium partner with ADRA Canada for our current 4-year EMBRACE program, an MNCH project funded through GAC. Lauren directly managed all of ADRA's overseas volunteers for this program and during her time at YCI, Lauren's clear, direct and timely communication enabled our offices to function efficiently. Her skills in managing volunteers, both individually and in group settings was and is excellent, mainly due to her passion for working with others as well as her interpersonal skills and charismatic nature; she is able to establish rapport and partnerships with people very well! Additionally, Lauren excelled in managing project administration tasks for YCI & ADRA, which saw her manage budget items, submit annual and semi-annual reports, develop and suggest programmatic strategies to enhance the quality of project activities - strengthening our program and agency. Lauren was absolutely great to work with professionally, and is great to know personally because she is overall super awesome!!
