I had the pleasure of working with Lauren for the past 10 months as she successfully aided my team with finalizing and implementing a large-scale client reporting solution. I was fortunate to have her skills on hand during one of the most tumultuous times in the market I have ever experienced. The immediate change to remote working, market crash and extreme volatility that persisted for several weeks in Spring 2020 placed an extraordinary amount of pressure on our team. I was particularly impressed with Lauren’s calm demeanor and precision with completing complex assignments in an environment where our priorities were changing on an hourly basis. She was able to push forward initiatives in this environment while not letting anything slip through the cracks. Lauren has my highest recommendation because she possess an enormously valuable skill that is sought after in the financial industry, which is to focus intently on validation.
