  I am a Senior Property Manager at The Rent House Ltd in Meadowlands and manage a portfolio of residential properties and apartments in the East and South Auckland area. I am passionate about Property Management and have over 15 years experience in the industry. Being and investment property owner myself gives me the insight into knowing exactly what my clients require of their Property Manager. It is my goal to ensure clients receive a premium service which we offer through our "Service Guarantee" and being committed to achieving the best result in managing one of the biggest assets my clients own. Over the past 15 years I have worked in all areas of Real Estate, starting out as an administrator I then moved into sales. My heart was in Property Management so i decided to join the Property Management Team and have worked my way up to the position I am in today. I strongly believe that residential property management is not just about looking after tenants or collecting rent but is about having your property, whether it a family home or part of an investment portfolio managed by a qualified, professional property manager in order to obtain the best return possible.
