Previous to getting promoted to my above role I was a recovery claims handler, this involves handling our customers non fault claims, with the aim of establishing liability with the at fault party’s insurance company and recovering all the costs surrounding the repairs to our insured’s vehicle. As part of this role I also take incoming calls from customers, third party’s and suppliers, I have to ensure that I am professional and deal with the phone call in a prompt and thorough manner and take any necessary follow up actions from this phone call.
