  Working and living in Canada taught me a lot , especially when it came to painting. The Canadian weather much like ours in Melbourne can go from one extreme to the next, from minus 30 to plus 35 degrees Learning how to apply certain types of stain and paint to work with the dramatic temperatures was a challenge and something I will take with me in my further endeavours.   began working at the Notting hill hotel as a teenager and learnt a lot from my years there. I enjoyed challenging myself by working in every field of the establishment. -public sports bar, saloon bar, university bar, table service bistro, kitchen hand and drive thru bottle shop.
