I was unbelievably fortunate to collaborate with Lauren for 6 months at TIBCO SOftware. With much more tenure and achievements than myself at TIBCO, it would've been easy for Lauren to take the "my way or the highway" approach when developing strategies to drive net new opportunities for her accounts. However, Lauren always heard out and considered my ideas, asked me my thoughts on her's, and this open-minded approach that Lauren had allowed us to collaborate extremely effectively. Lauren has been a phenomenal mentor that helped me progress my skillset exponentially, she's someone that I look up to, and I look forward to keeping in touch with her.
